Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, processing and follow-up of sales
orders, from input to delivery
2. Check availability and price of consumable and
spare stock items upon customer request
3. Ensuring that necessary transport and shipping
is arranged, including relevant documents.
4. Ensure invoicing of all sales orders and keep
track of timely payments (via invoice/credit controller)
5. Communication with customers and other parties
involved on all customer service related subjects
6. Create/identify/execute customer projects to
increase the customer satisfaction level
7. Focus on key accounts; Identify and resolve
structural issues
8. Support ERP (Oracle / One Core) implementation
9. Firm support in customer
escalation issues

Education and Experience:

1. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a
business professional office environment
2. Relevant experience in the area of customer
services / customer support industry
3. Knowledge and operating experience of
transport/logistics is preference
4. Business Administration or Supply Chain /
Logistics education
