Job Responsibilities:
Administers activities involving the acceptance and monitoring of contracts and sub-contracts between the company and customers/vendors. Reviews and analyzes contract documents to determine contractual obligations. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Administers the preparation and dissemination of information within the department regarding contract progress, status, compliance, modification, deviation and termination. May assist with the analysis of a contract as needed.

Education and Experience:
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience. College degree preferred.
