Boart Longyear Expense Management Administrator in Salt Lake City, Utah
Boart Longyear is seeking an Expense Management Administrator for its Salt Lake City Shared Service Center. This position reports through the Shared Services Accounts Payable Manager. The Expense Management Administrator will be responsible for the following: administer company travel & entertainment card, Fuel card and Purchasing card (P-card) programs, audit of expense statements, account reconciliations, monthly closing, special projects. These functions are performed for a multi-regional team-oriented environment. Currently this role will be working remotely from home with company provided equipment.
Related work experience of 4-7 years
Expense management experience required with exposure to program administration, expense statement processing and expense statement auditing.
Experience with a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Exposure to expense management system (iExpense, Concur, etc.)
Ability to perform basic accounting and clerical tasks of a repetitive nature accurately and quickly.
Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing and other applicable software programs
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, customer service-focused, detail oriented and flexible.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Accounting degree (associates or bachelor)
Second language in Spanish
Essential Job Functions/Duties may include the following:
Administer company T&E, Fuel and P-card programs.
Audit expense statements for compliance with company policies.
Follow-up with employees and expense statement discrepancies.
Work with internal auditors on compliance and control programs.
Assists in solving problems and answering questions from other departments
Reconcile accounts payable subledger accounts to the general ledger.
Handle customer calls and inquiries using telephone, email and instant messages.
Perform special projects as assigned.
